What if I can’t be hypnotised?
Everyone can be hypnotised, but only if they want to be. Some may have a fear of losing control and resist it, however you are always in control, I am merely guiding you to relax and giving the suggestions to the subconscious that you wish for and were discussed in the initial consultations, nothing more.
How many sessions will it take?
That depends on the issues and will be discussed at the initial consultation. Some people only need a single session, others need more.
How long do I need between sessions?
Usually I suggest a week between sessions, to allow you time to notice the positive changes happening as well as time to complete any tasks you may be given. Sometimes I will suggest a 2 week gap for the subconscious to have a longer length of time to take on board the suggestions. This will be discussed at the time.

How effective is hypnotherapy and NLP?
While there is much evidence of both hypnotherapy and NLP coaching being highly effective (many top sports people, celebrities, top business people and even world leaders swear by it) neither are a magic wand and need commitment to the process from both the client and the therapist/coach.
