General hypnotherapy sessions:
- 1 session – £70
- 3 sessions – £210 (£189 block discount)
- 6 sessions – £420 (£378 block discount)
Sessions can last between 1 – 1 1/2 hours, depending on the issue and the outcome desired. The initial consultation will be where we dig deep into the issue and personal history, so I can get a true and deep understanding, thus making everything as personalised and effective for each client as possible as possible.
All sessions need to be booked paid for in advance and there is a 10% discount on any block bookings.
Smoking / Vaping Cessation:

This package involves a 90 minute first session followed by 5 days of pre work involving 10 minute telephone calls each morning.
Weight Loss 4 week personalised package:
- £250
